Fee Structure
If you have insurance, please check with your insurance provider and verify your outpatient mental health benefits prior to treatment at our clinic.
Depending on the type of insurance carrier you have, as a courtesy, we may be able to directly bill the insurance company for you. If we are unable to do that, the full fee must be paid at the time of service.
